# QuickBooks

> Push invoices and payments into your QuickBooks books

Send invoices from Kato and have them appear in QuickBooks Online as the accounting record, with payments and voids kept in step. Kato stays the source of truth; QuickBooks is where it is booked.

## Connect QuickBooks

1. Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on QuickBooks.
2. Authorize Kato in your QuickBooks company.
3. Choose the service item and income account invoice lines should post to.
4. Turn on automatic sync — invoices you send from then on appear in QuickBooks.

## Use it in Kato

Connect your QuickBooks company, choose which service item invoice lines post to, and turn on automatic sync. Every invoice you send from Kato is created in QuickBooks against a matching customer, and marking one paid records the payment there too.

## Check the connection

Confirm the connected company, service item, and sync setting. After the next intended invoice is sent, check its corresponding record in QuickBooks.

For connection errors or permission changes, return to the integration’s settings in Kato. Confirm the account and linked resource before reconnecting.
