Run client billing from your workspace with reusable settings, invoice delivery, payment tracking, and retainers.
Invoices is a built-in Kato workspace app. Stripe and QuickBooks are separate, optional connections for payments and accounting.

Enable the app

  1. Enable Invoices for the workspace.
  2. Open Invoices from the sidebar.
  3. Optionally connect Stripe or QuickBooks for payments and accounting.

Use it in Kato

Enable Invoices for the workspace, then open Invoices from the sidebar. Connect Stripe or QuickBooks when you want hosted payments or accounting sync.

Check your setup

Open Invoices and prepare a draft. Review billing settings, amounts, and recipients before sending an invoice. If the app is missing from the sidebar, ask a workspace owner or admin to check that it is enabled for your workspace.
