Connect your TrustMRR API key to pull verified revenue metrics onto Project records. Link a project to a TrustMRR startup and its MRR, trailing 30-day revenue, lifetime revenue, customers and active subscriptions appear on the Overview tab. Each workspace uses its own key — Kato never shares keys across workspaces.

Connect TrustMRR

  1. In TrustMRR, open the developer dashboard and create an API key (owners/admins only). Copy it — the full key is only shown once.
  2. In Kato, go to Settings → Integrations → TrustMRR and paste the API key.
  3. Open a Project record’s Overview tab and link it to a TrustMRR startup by slug or profile URL.

Use it in Kato

Paste a TrustMRR API key (keys start with tmrr_). Kato validates it, encrypts it, and stores it for your workspace. On a Project record’s Overview tab, link the startup by pasting its TrustMRR slug or profile URL — Kato verifies the startup exists before saving the link. Metrics are cached for 6 hours to stay inside TrustMRR’s rate limit; refresh any time from the panel.

Check the connection

Link a known startup by its TrustMRR slug or profile URL and load its revenue panel. If the startup cannot be found, check the identifier and API key. For connection errors or permission changes, return to the integration’s settings in Kato. Confirm the account and linked resource before reconnecting.
