Kato for Raycast brings tasks, records, meetings, and notifications into a keyboard-driven workflow on your Mac.
The August 28 release announcement lists the macOS public beta as awaiting Raycast Store approval. Check the release announcement for availability before installing.

Connect your workspace

Once the extension is available in Raycast:
  1. Run a Kato command and choose Connect Kato.
  2. Sign in in the browser, select a workspace, and review the requested access.
  3. Return to Raycast to start working. You do not need to copy an API key.
The connection is personal and tied to one workspace. Use Current Workspace to inspect the active workspace or reconnect to a different one.

What you can do

Tasks can be created and edited in the extension. Records and meetings remain read-only, with support for adding activity comments and creating linked tasks. Kato continues to apply workspace permissions to each request.

Disconnect

Disconnect through Raycast’s extension preferences. For issues with an expired connection or the wrong workspace, use Current Workspace to reconnect.
