Connect a Master Account API key to give every workspace member a live, read-only view of WhatConverts lead performance on the object types selected in Display settings. Profile mappings stay in Kato while contact rows are fetched only when viewed and are never imported or retained.

Connect WhatConverts

  1. In WhatConverts, create or copy a Master Account API key with its token and secret.
  2. In Kato, open Settings → Integrations → WhatConverts and connect the workspace.
  3. Open Display settings and choose the object types where the WhatConverts tab should appear.
  4. Open a record, link its profiles, then use Dashboard or Lead Manager to review performance.

Use it in Kato

A workspace owner or admin adds the WhatConverts Master Account token and secret and chooses where the record tab appears. Members then link up to 25 account profiles to each record, select the reporting currency, and view combined metrics, trends, attribution, and the Lead Manager. Kato encrypts both credentials and caches only profile metadata and aggregate dashboard results.

Check the connection

Link the intended profiles and check the reporting period and currency. The dashboard and Lead Manager are read-only; manage source leads in WhatConverts. For connection errors or permission changes, return to the integration’s settings in Kato. Confirm the account and linked resource before reconnecting.
